Welcome to the Martins Farm Homeowners Association Web page. Martins Farm is a family oriented swim and tennis community nestled in the hills of Suwanee GA. The neighborhood has 128 homes with no plans for expansion. Quietly tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of city life, residents of Martins Farm live in one of Suwanee's best kept secrets. We are situated approximately 1 mile off I-85 at exit 111 and well off of any of the major roads.

We are minutes away from local restaurants, schools, churches, shopping and are adjacent to the Suwanee Creek/Richard Trice Trail, which is connected to George Pierce Park and downtown Suwanee. Developers left many large hardwoods and other stately pine trees untouched, with many properties hugging dense forest areas.
