The clubhouse can be reserved for parties, gatherings and social events on a first come first serve basis. |

Martins Farm residents enjoy a lap pool approximately 36’ x 80’ with depths ranging from 3’ to 5’. A small children’s pool is also available for toddlers. Under construction is a picnic area near the swimming pool which will feature a covered area where residents can enjoy the picnic tables and grill for barbeques. |

We also have two excellent tennis courts for our residents and their guests. ALTA teams at various skill levels call the courts home. These courts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and can not be reserved. | |

The community also includes a playground area near the tennis courts for children. A new basketball court was added in 2007 This court has one goal on a court approximately 30’ x 50’. |
