Keys
If your pool key does
not work please send an email to Carolyn Narreau at mailto:carolynnarreau@hotmail.com.
Be sure to include your name, address and the pool key numbers located
on the back of the key card.
If you need a replacement key, there
is a $25 charge. |

How to reserve Club House |
|
The club house
can be reserved for parties, gatherings and social events on a first-come,
first-serve basis. |
|
If
you would like to reserve the club house, please contact Carolyn
Narreau through email at mailto:carolynNarreau@hotmail.com.
The club house is free for residents to use, but requires a
$50 deposit. |

(This is a cleaning and damage deposit and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection
of the clubhouse.)
|
Although a homeowner may reserve the clubhouse, the Swimming Pool cannot be reserved exclusively for your
gathering.
Many residents enjoy parties that include use of the pool, but be mindful that all homeowners
will still have access
to the Swimming Pool at all available posted hours. |

Tennis Courts |
|
Tennis courts may not be reserved and are only
available on a first-come, first-serve basis. |

Swimming Pool and Playground |
|
Martins Farm residents and their
guests enjoy a junior olympic size pool with depths ranging from 3'
to 5'.
A small children's pool is also available for
toddlers (although swim diapers are required). The common
areas also include a large wooden playground -- installed in
2007 -- which features a covered 'pirate ship' area,
NASCAR tire swing, baby
swings, climbing wall, etc..., and an enclosed basketball
court.
